What this quote means is that of all the things character is the one that matters the most. People need a good character so people could appreciate them. People with no character don’t really get appreciated. The easiest way to make people look up to you is to have a good character. For example some people with no good character don’t really get looked up too because they are either rude or not caring about others. But people with good character are nice, kind, and don’t judge others. Character really does matter on the way people see it. Not having a character can really affect you in the future because so many people look for someone who has good grades and has a great character to get into college. Having a good character can do so much for you and others.
