cultivating the culture. A nursing home administrator is an individual who is
responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and managing the operations of
the operations of the facility, and the functions performed by one or more
people.

$122,110
Education:
Nursing home administrators must have a bachelor’s degree, and most hold master’s
degrees in health administration or other relevant fields. Nursing home
administrators in the U.S. are required to complete a state-approved training
program and an internship.
Reflection: I don’t think I’ll like to be a nursing home
administrator because the job doesn’t really interest me and have an affect on
