What is Veterans Day?

Veterans Day is a holiday on which we remember the soldiers who fought and died in World War 1. It’s on November 11. The purpose is to remember soldiers who fought in the war and died. It is important because they helped to give us freedom. You can go to a memorial assembly, or to a Veterans graveyard and show respect.

                                                               

I’m interested in celebrating Veterans Day to remember the soldiers who gave us freedom. I really have to honor the soldiers who served. I have to thank them because they risked their lives for us.
