What this quote means is that you can never be doing something right by doing wrong and you can't be wrong while doing something right. You can't do something that is wrong and says it's right. You can't also be right by doing something wrong. For example if a student turns all their work on time you can't say he/she is wrong for doing that the student is the right thing. If a student didn't study for a test but they are saying that they're going to get a good grade, that is not right it's wrong. When you do all your work that is being a choose the right student. If you don't do nothing then that's being choose the wrong student. Sometimes you can never assume right which are wrong. And sometimes you can't assume the right things to be wrong.
