What this quote means is that enthusiasm makes something different in a certain way. Enthusiasm makes everything happy and energetic. Feeling enthusiastic will change the way you do things. Making something different is a good thing. If people want to complete something they have to be enthusiastic about it. If you want to accomplish something you need to enthusiastic. If you don't have enthusiasm then you will be left behind. Not having enthusiasm can just make things bad for you. Being a CTR person is about always having enthusiasm. So always have enthusiasm because that will change the way everyone will see you.
