I think this quote means that if you live choosing the right you will live with integrity. choosing the right can make you're life more easier. For example, if your friends make a bad comment about someone you have to tell them no and say the truth because it's right. When you choose to say no you are doing the right thing. When you tell the truth people will believe you are honest. Doing the right thing because it is right is showing that you are always doing the right thing. Always know when to say no to something. Be prepared to say the truth. At all times do the right thing. Remember these three magic keys to integrity.
