Athletic Trainer
Duties and responsibilities:
Conduct an
initial assessment of an athlete's injury or illness in order to provide
emergency or continued care, and to determine whether they should be referred
to physicians for definitive diagnosis and treatment.
Salary: $30,660-$54,630
Education:

To
become an athletic trainer, candidates must graduate with a degree in Athletic
Training from an accredited athletic training program and successfully pass
the Board of certification exam. To practice as an athletic trainer in
most states, the individual must also be credentialed within the
state. Degrees in physical therapy, exercise science, strength and
conditioning or others DO NOT qualify the candidate to sit for the BOC
examination.
I think I would like to be athletic trainer to cure the
players injury and get him back in the field.
