What this quote means is that you have to keep your word and never break a promise. A promise something that you must stay committed to and not break. If you break a promise then that’ll mean to the person that you will probably not have your trust anymore. Keeping a promise means that you are choosing the right. Having promises keeping it to you and that person means that you’ll gain their trust. A promise can mean anything to that person and if you break it then it’ll be hard for them to keep promises for you and them. A promise must never be broken because it means something to you and that person. People need to live by trust and kindness not by breaking promises. The promises that I make mean something to me it’ll be a shame if someone broke them. A promise has to never be broken,it must be kept.
